Promptrace uses a granular credit system to account for the varying computational costs of different AI engines (like Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AIO). This ensures users only pay for the specific compute power they use.
Credits are deducted per Engine selected during an audit.

We offer both one-off packs and monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions offer a lower cost-per-credit.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Promptrace until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
PAYG credits are billed at the time of purchase. Because these credits are made available for immediate use, all PAYG purchases are final and non-refundable.
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate termination of your account.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction.
By accessing the Promptrace dashboard or using any AI Engines, you explicitly request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that once service performance has begun (e.g., your first audit is run or credits are consumed), you waive your statutory right to a full refund.
Notwithstanding the above, we offer a 14-day "no-usage" refund policy for all first-time subscribers. If you have not used the platform and have consumed zero (0) credits, we will issue a full refund upon request to hello@promptrace.ai.
Promptrace provides data and insights to assist with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Brand Visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, presence in AI responses, or business results. AI models and search algorithms are constantly changing, and we are not liable for any fluctuations in visibility or traffic.
Our platform utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, etc.) to generate insights. AI can occasionally produce inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). Users are responsible for verifying all critical data and claims before taking action.
The Promptrace platform, code, and underlying methodology are the intellectual property of Granite Digital. However, the reports and data generated by you during your paid use of the platform belong to you.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the API, sharing account credentials, using the platform for illegal activities, or attempting to disrupt the service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey. Notwithstanding the above, as Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, certain aspects of the transaction (such as payment processing, tax collection, and initial refund handling) are governed by Paddle's terms and the laws applicable to their entity.
