Promptrace uses a granular credit system to account for the varying computational costs of different AI engines (like Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AIO). This ensures users only pay for the specific compute power they use.
Credits are deducted per Engine selected during an audit.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
PAYG credits are billed at the time of purchase and are made available for immediate use. Credits are consumed as you utilize the platform's AI engines and audit tools.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may contact Paddle directly here.
Pursuant to Paddle’s terms, the right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content or services once you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire and have had the benefit of the product. By using your credits to run audits or generate content, you acknowledge that you are receiving the benefit of the service.
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
Notwithstanding the above, we offer a 14-day "Zero-Usage" policy for first-time subscribers. If you have purchased a subscription or credits but have not yet used the platform (zero credits consumed), we will support your refund request to Paddle. Please contact hello@promptrace.ai to initiate this process.
Promptrace provides data and insights to assist with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Brand Visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, presence in AI responses, or business results. AI models and search algorithms are constantly changing, and we are not liable for any fluctuations in visibility or traffic.
Our platform utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, etc.) to generate insights. AI can occasionally produce inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). Users are responsible for verifying all critical data and claims before taking action.
The Promptrace platform, code, and underlying methodology are the intellectual property of Granite Digital. However, the reports and data generated by you during your paid use of the platform belong to you.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the API, sharing account credentials, using the platform for illegal activities, or attempting to disrupt the service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey. Notwithstanding the above, as Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, certain aspects of the transaction (such as payment processing, tax collection, and initial refund handling) are governed by Paddle's terms and the laws applicable to their entity.
